Red Arrow’s No.1 priority is QUALITY!. During the period since the new Red Arrow was formed, quality & standards as been at the forefront of our strategy, with the aim of delivering world class products and service to the UK LED lighting market.
The business has achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation, whilst the product range has been enhanced and extended with higher efficacy, longer life luminaires. Many products now achieve a minimum of 130 lm/W, saving the customer energy and money. Many new products also have an on-site warranty for complete peace of mind.
Red Arrow is a member of several respected industry bodies. As proud full members of the Lighting Industry Association (LIA), we are committed to maintaining high standards of product, performance, service and ethics. We are also Commercial Associate members of the Electrical Contractor’s Association (ECA) and members of the Electrical Distributors’ Association (EDA).
Our accreditations
Red Arrow already has accreditation to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), demonstrating our commitment to quality and standards. We are also working towards integrating ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) into the business.
